5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for UAE customers, and Canadian law for Canadian customers.
