IP Care Enterprise Service

Managed IT Services in Dubai

A managed IT partner Dubai businesses can hold to a written SLA — across free zones, mainland and DIFC.

Overview

Dubai is the most competitive managed IT market in the region — which is exactly why most providers undersell the SLA and then quietly miss it. Response times slip. The named engineer becomes a rotating offshore queue. The monthly report turns into a one-page PDF that nobody reads.

IP Care has been delivering enterprise IT in the UAE since 2003. We support Dubai clients from a single accountable team in Abu Dhabi backed by on-site engineers across the emirate — JLT, DIFC, DMCC, Business Bay, Internet City, Media City and Jebel Ali. Same operating model in the capital, same NOC, same SLA discipline.

Our managed IT practice covers 24×7 monitoring, helpdesk, infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud — delivered under written SLAs with financial credits when we miss them. We do not subcontract the work, and the engineer answering your ticket is on our payroll.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you actually based in Dubai or do you fly engineers in from Abu Dhabi?

Our headquarters is in Abu Dhabi, but we have on-site engineers covering Dubai daily and a same-day dispatch SLA across all major business districts — DIFC, JLT, DMCC, Business Bay, Internet City, Media City and Jebel Ali. For most clients we operate as if we were a Dubai-resident team.

Do you support DIFC-regulated entities?

Yes. We have delivered IT operations for DIFC-licensed financial services firms and understand the DFSA outsourcing notification requirements, data residency expectations and audit trail obligations that come with operating inside the financial free zone.

Can you handle free zone vs mainland licensing differences?

Yes. We are familiar with the operating constraints across DMCC, JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Internet City, Dubai South and mainland — including bonded inventory, customs procedures and free zone-specific procurement workflows.

How fast do you respond to a P1 incident in Dubai?

Fifteen-minute initial response for P1, two-hour target resolution for the most common patterns. SLA performance is reported monthly with service credits paid out when we miss — written into every contract.

What does it cost?

Per-user pricing, typically AED 180–450 per user per month depending on tier (Silver business-hours, Gold 24×7 critical, Platinum 24×7 all priorities) and device count. Bespoke quotes for DIFC, healthcare and other regulated scopes.

Can you replace our current MSP without downtime?

Yes — about half our Dubai onboardings are MSP replacements. We run a parallel transition for 2–4 weeks: knowledge transfer, asset re-discovery, monitoring cutover, then the formal handover. Users typically do not notice the switch.

Do you offer Arabic-language support?

Yes — Arabic, English and Hindi helpdesk with bilingual ticket handling. Important for hospitality, retail and family-business clients across the emirate.
